Maison Meena provides free delivery across Pakistan.

Delivery is free for purchases shipped within Pakistan, with no minimum order value.

 

Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance.

 

Payment methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. The bank transfer option is displayed as “Bank Deposit” at checkout. Follow the payment instructions displayed when selecting this option.

 

Delivery details and order assistance

Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact number when placing your order. If you need to correct your details or request an order update, contact us on WhatsApp at 03335973169 with your order number. Our team will check the order status and confirm what changes are possible.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your bag arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Approved cases may qualify for a refund, replacement, or exchange under our Return and Refund Policy. For an approved replacement or exchange in these cases, the new item will be delivered at no extra cost, and Maison Meena will cover any required return courier charges.

 

Exchanges and returns

Change-of-mind requests are eligible for exchange only, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Any applicable courier charges for these exchanges will be confirmed before you proceed. Free delivery on purchases does not automatically cover change-of-mind exchange courier charges.
